We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at support@hoperacer.com and we will be pleased to provide you with a full or partial refund based on the product condition when returned to us, and subject to the other terms and conditions.

Shipping |
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us. (Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return process. We encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to cover such damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.) |
