Refund & Return Policy

Don't love your new chair? Before you make the decision to return, feel free to reach out to us by email for a complimentary ergonomic consultation and we will do our best to help you out with any concerns or questions.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at support@hoperacer.com and we will be pleased to provide you with a full or partial refund based on the product condition when returned to us, and subject to the other terms and conditions.

Before returning any product or proceeding to initiate a product return, please review the following return/refund terms and conditions below, which set out the different refund and return details.

RETURNABLE ITEMS


Eligibility of the return of gaming chairs is based on the following criteria:

 

  • Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  • Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.  
  • Product does not have any missing or damaged parts.
  • Product must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Original packaging must be preserved and not damaged.

 Return Validity


Up to 30 days from the date you received your chair. The delivery date will be based on our tracking records. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Packaging

 

Product/s must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Shipping

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us. (Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return process. We encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to cover such damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.)

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund


Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of us receiving the product and after inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Note


We reserve the right to give a partial refund in cases when the return is not in an unused condition, is damaged or has missing parts not due to our error (If the return is caused by the consumer).


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
  • Washed, worn, used or misused items.

If you still return it, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge based on the product condition.
